Trip to Wudang-mountain and Beijing 19.2.-8.3.2016

Friday 19.2.-Saturday 20.2.2016 Oulu-Helsinki-Shiyang-Wudang

The main purpose of the trip was to attend 2nd International Conference of The Heads of National Health Qigong Federation Heads. The first one was in Emei-shan 2014, which I also attended.

I started my journey to misty, mystical Wudang mountain from Oulu, where snow was raining heavily, to Helsinki , and soon I was relaxing in brand new Finnair Airbus 350 with hundreds of Chinese heading to Beijing.

Wheather in Beijing was great, blue sky and sunshine, a bit chilly though. There I met by accident Petra from Germany. She was also going to Wudang-seminar. Next flight was to Shiyan from a small Nanyuan Chinese domestic airport, to go there took one hour in a taxi. My plane leaved at 17:50 so I had many hours to wait without any sleep but in high spirits.

At Nanyuan airport we met more friends from USA and Spain, Nuria, Havier, Neus and Mr. Li from U.S. cathing up the latest news.

From Shiyuan Liuji airport the IHQF staff picked us up and we went by bus to Wudang mountain to WUDANGSHAN JIANGUO HOTEL, which is a lofty, beautiful hotel with big rooms. Signing up to semirar, getting room , having a supper of delicious noodles and meeting shifu Zhang Fang and many other friends from previous events. The journey took me in Finland time from fri 14:00 o’clock to sat 17:00, about 28 hours, virtually no sleeping, feeling a bit tired but otherwise the travelling was nice, relaxing and studying last time chinese before arrival. Tomorrow the seminar starts with a group photo, and the story continues, stay tuned!
